What this site collects
harleystreetdoctorsonline.com is a static information website. It has:
- no forms, so you cannot submit personal information through it
- no analytics or tracking tools
- no cookies set by this site
- no advertising and no affiliate links
You can read every page without telling this site anything about yourself.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests a page, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site does not use that information to identify or track visitors.
If you email us
The site publishes an email address for corrections and for doctors registering interest in future listings. If you write to it, we hold your message and your email address for as long as needed to deal with it, and we do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with anyone else.
Where a doctor sends a GMC number or practice details in connection with a future listing, that information is kept only for the purpose of verification and is deleted if no listing goes ahead.
External links
This site links to other websites, including the General Medical Council, the Care Quality Commission and other regulators. Those sites have their own privacy policies and this page does not cover them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address on the about page.
